Q: SLE lupus symptoms

I was diganosed with SLE approximately 3 months ago - prior to being symptomatic I was an avid runner. When I'm able to right now I like to try an occassional jog - which I did about 5 days ago - I had a lot of discomfort in my chest while jogging.
I had been experiencing nausea for about 4 days prior to that - although I haven't vomitted, but not much of an appetite. I have had diarrhea for 4 days now, along with the ongoing nausea. I have no fever that I am aware of. I have noticed a dull ache for a few days in my pelvis (left) and have assumed it is related to the diarrhea - it seems to be more prevelant though after I urinate. (my partner mentioned that he thought my urine smelled strong and thought I should go to the clinic)
Today when pressing on a stapler I experienced a sharp pain slightly to the right of my sternum. The pain has relaxed to a dull ache - except when doing something that causes the muscles in that area to engage - then I feel that initial pain again. My sternum, and just to the right where it connects to my rib cage is extremely painful to the touch and makes the nausea worse?
Can these symptoms be connected to each other? Can they be related to the lupus? Should I see my doctor?

Painful or swollen joints and muscle pain is one common symptom of lupus.

What kind of drugs for lupus you are currently taking?

I guess I hadn't thought of my sternum as a joint - my pain has consistently been in my hands, hips, knees and feet and this feels like a different pain - almost like I've been kicked - it hurts to even be hugged right now, but maybe thats just the location.
I'm taking naprosen 500 mg twice daily for pain and inflammation, pariet in the am to help prevent stomach issues from the naprosen (and becuase I have an ulcer and hiatus hernia) and adalat for Raynaud's.
My next appointment with my Rheumatologist is in 3 months. She's done some lab work to determine if I can tolerate Palquenil.
