I would like to skip my period for my honeymoon, and I am taking Yaz. Can I skip the last week of pills and start immediately on the new pack, or will this increase my chances of pregnancy? I will not be having sex until after I start the next new pack of pills (after the pack I will take to skip)? Or do I just need to take the last three active pills and then start the new pack?

Extremely eHealthy

You can safely skip your inactive pills and go straight to your next pack. It will not increase your chance of pregnancy.

if this is your first time taking the pills back to back without placebos dont be dissappointed if you dont completely skip your period..many girls have spotting at the first attempt to skip their period on the pill
