Q: skipped second period after sex

I had sex with this guy like about the beginning of April. We didnt use protection. i started my period the next week. well now its May, i was suppose to start around the 13th and still havnt started. Im usually never late!...ive been having cramping pains for like 3 weeks now..i dont know what to do i am so confused!!!!
