Q: skip placebo birth control pills

Is it unhealthy to skip the placebo week of birth control pills and go straight to the next cycle, and skip your period? Will it make me stay bloated like i am right now (first day of my period)?

It's not unhealthy, lots of women do it. However you might not want to do it every month. I'd say like every 3 months or so just take the placebos

No not unhealthy but you may be more likely to experience some breakthrough spotting the first few months.
