Skin surface pain upper arm

I have skin pain on the underneath top of my right arm-if you run your fingers along it is very painful plus I KEEP GOING REAL HOT IN THE FACE and body and my right arm and hand also feels hot and swollen-i can feel the pain constantly on the arm if i rest it down its painful-I also have been suffering from abdominal pain,back pain and tiredness,also a real sore throat with ulcers
