Whenever I masturbate and semen is left on my stomach, I get red spots on my stomach that DO NOT GO AWAY. They show no signs of going away, fading etc. I also have them on my armpits and neck, no idea how they got there, it's very embarrassing. But they are certainly caused by the semen. They do not itch or burn.

I'm getting really desperate to get rid of them. I tried 'shaving' off the skin with a knife, but that just resulted in getting raw skin, blood and then scabs. I really need help on how to get rid of them.

DONT SHAVE THEM!!!! I cum on my chest and pubic area sometimes too, but have not had the same problem. Heres my suggestion. See a doctor, dont be embarassed, they are payed to help you regardless of what it is man. secondly, i think if you just leave it alone and bathe daily they should go away. try to control yourself when masturbating, try releasing in a sock or atleast in ur shirt, or turn on ur side and get it on ur sheets maybe ? (clean ur sheets tho!!!) hope i helped and good luck!
