Q: skin rashes reddened during menstruation

i had this rashes, it looks like bruises when its not my period. and if i have my menstruation, it reddened and became itchy.every month the number of rashes all over my body increases. and when u touch the area, it is warm to touch. i have no idea what is it.. help pls?
