Q: Skin rash during menstruation

Hi,

I'm a healthy 25 year old female.

For the past 3 months, I have noticed that a couple days before I am suppose to get my period, a skin rash starts to surface around my right pelvic region. My job requires me to have a complete medical done (i.e. blood work, paps, etc.) and every thing is clear to date. Any ideas as to what maybe causing it?
