Q: skin lesions on penis

Hello, I have alot of small white bumps on the shaft of my penis,and if squeezed sometimes a little bit of what appears to be a zit will come out.Also it appears that the white bumps turn into skin lesions that crack(split) vertically down my penis.I dont think its an std because i am a virgin.what i have is also painless and not red or inflammed.

I have not been to a doctor yet, and i would really like to know what it is.
