The last while I've observed an inflammation on my cheek. Its appearance is similar to a desiccated wadi or arroyo. If I dab the area with tissue, evident on the contact area is a viscous transparent liquid from the cracks of the lesion. I'm experiencing elevated anxiety at the moment. Can anyone identify this?
