Skin infection - "moving" in a line

Hello, about 10 days ago I noticed what I thought were two bug bites touching one another, but they looked connected in the center. 10 days later, they have since flattened and the bump has moved to the right on my hand. You can still see where the original two were at.

Please let me know what you think this could be, I have no idea....
