Q: skin growing after burn

i burned my penis pretty bad one night from a lot of friction with a lady.
well as it healed it looks like to much skin tried covering it, because i now have excess skin where the burn was.
it does not hurt or itch or puss, if i try to cut the excess skin that has grown it does hurt, so its not dead skin . it has not gotten bigger or smaller, it is staying the same size and has been the same size for well over a year now.
the skin looks very bumpy.
any clue what is wrong with it?
thanks

I guessing it just healed over funny.

Just give it some time it'll return to normal sooner or later but if it really worries you or possibly bothers you then go to your doctor.

I am sure there are many things you can do to return it to normalcy.
