skin colour

i wear glasses.but every time i check in the mirror after using the computer for while i some blueish areas where my eyebrows meet.not in the center though, but just above the corners of my eyebrows.in the center area.they are small and after a while they disappear.first i tough it was just "no blood circulation" problem.i also have semi blueish bags under my eyes.could you somehow explain what the phenomenon is called?or what should i do about it.i know i should ask a doctor but it would just tell me to take a break or smth.i'm really curious about this.thanks,looking to hearing from you
