skin changes after the abortion?

Hi,

I need a bit of minor advice. My skin is changing, two days after my surgixcal abortion. I was 9 weeks and had great skin even before the prenancy. I have had no bleeding or other physical changes yet, but my skin has done an 180. In some places it has broken out in rashes and become very itchy. Is something to worry about or am I being overly paranoid?
