Q: skin burn

Hi,
i've got this problem....after using a hot water bottle i found a yellow see through patch...it looks like an fully fed lich...i've poped it...there was clear liquid dripping out...i don't know what it is, but how do i prevent it from infecting and will it leave a burn mark?

I would put triple antibiotic cream on it the first few days, then, after it dries up and crusts over, use the liquid in a vitamin E capsule on it to keep it from scarring or darkening.
