skin bunching after Preputioplasty Posted: 06-02-08 10:01am
Having found I had tight foreskin (my
doctor refused to call it phimosis - maybe
because it wasn't extreme enough) I had a
Preputioplasty just over a year ago.
Before the operation I was able to retract
the foreskin, although with some
discomfort, whilst flaccid, but was
totally unable to get it anywhere near
full retraction when erect.
I'm happy to say that I have no problems
retracting the foreskin from the glans.
However a "waist" forms on the shaft
(where I think the skin was sewn together)
when erect meaning that much of the skin
bunches just below the head of the penis.
I'm a virgin but have tried wearing
condoms once or twice. These were just to
see a) how to put one and b) if there'd be
any complications in the future with
putting one. The condoms didn't feel very
secure and i wondered if the bunching of
the skin was causing it.
I can masturbate with total ease because
I know when I'm putting strain on the
tight skin.
I'm worried that when eventually I do have
sex there could be problems either scaring
off the girl beforehand or whether it
could hinder me during any sexual activity
(her masturbating me, oral or
intercourse).
I wasn't instructed to go for a check up
post op and so thought it'd be fine if i
just left it to heal. Now a year after
with still quite tight skin when erect I
would like to know if there is a treatment
i could apply which would help stretch the
skin (I've heard of some products which
could do this) or whether I should just
leave it or would I need an operation
(which I'm not particularly keen on).
If there is a cream of somesort will i
need a prescription or would I be able to
pick it up at the chemist (I'm not too
fond of the family doctor and I'd rather
avoid showing him my penis again if at all
possible).

hey i had the preputioplasy yesterday, and
i was just wondering how it looked after
you had the operation
im a bit concerned with the way mine
looks, the surgeon said it should be ok
but its really swollen and to me it looks
like its been knarled by a dog!!
i had 2 incisions to relieve the tight
band and now the head is all red and
bruised whilst the skin is swollen and all
over the place
when i go to the toilet i have to sit down
as it was coming out in 3 streams
was this in anyway similar to what
happened to you after your operation?
your help would be greatly appreciated
