skin around eye

Take a look in the mirror- if you have a minute!
If you look very closely at the skin on your face where it meets the corner of your eye, do you see a few TINY little bumps on the skin right in the corner? I am just wondering if this is normal if should have it looked at. I only noticed it recently when I was putting on eyeliner.
