Q: skin and back sensitivity

For the past couple days, I have had sensitivity from my tail bone to my mid/upper back and sides. I don't know if it is my skin or my muscles or nerves causing it but it feels like someone is constantly tickling me with a feather and it is very annoying. Does anyone know what could be causing this and what can I do to remedy it?
