Skin allergy ?

Hello i have skin allergie in certain places my knee, legs, arms and little on my face they don't ich and hurt they are small bumps in groups there on my arms on the side where there is no hair and my knee where there is little hair, there not red there white but sometimes they get red when i fall on it or swim in salt water in Kuwait where i come from. They come in lines or circles.
