I Had bladder surgery in 2005 at this time I was a squirter, Now I am not and dont seem to feel much like I used to in my vagina. I want to get back to squirting. I Have had a bladder sling placed because when I cough I would dribble, very unhygenic. I also had my cervix pulled it it was half way down my vaginal canal and the doctor said in another year it would be hanging out. I also had a hole in my vaginal area which was repaired along with a hysterectomy. My feelings down there are definetly different, dont feel as much, get dry faster.

My question is should I get the bladder sling removed and ask the doctor to pull my cervix back to where it was. Please advise.
