Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for
months and months but it doesn%u2019t help
me anymore. I am talking about six pack
abs that I am trying to get. I joined a
gym for this and the trainer told me that
I would get them%u2026but NOOOO!! That did
not help me and later on I have tried a
few tips that I have been suggested by my
friends but that also was of no use (the
whole thing helped the abs a
little%u2026but not as I wanted). So, now
can anyone suggest me any ways or ideas to
get them
Thanks for any help!!!

Ya true, everybody's body is different and
you need to find that particular approach
that works best for you

How much do you weigh, how tall are you,
and do you know your body fat percentage?
And yes, as MMA said, what did he tell you
to do? How long have you been going at it?
If you have been doing this for a few
days, or a few weeks, you need to be more
patient =P
Everybody has abs, what varies is the
amount of fat covering it! Perhaps your
trainer gave you a work out regiment that
strengthens and increases the size of your
abs, but didn't do anything to reduce the
fat covering it.

the best thing for you to do is engage in
many aerobic exercises, long distance
running, cycling, etc, make sure you aim
for more than 10 minutes each time you do
this as the body only begins to use fatty
acids as energy when it has no other means
of using energy (glycogen, ATP + PC, etc)
also if you want clearly visible abs then
the best thing to do is increase their
mass, this is not particularly done doing
countless situps, its best to do crunches
because the normal situp (what most people
do) exercise mainly a muscle which is
around the top of the leg/hip area called
the Iliopsoas, crunches use the abdominals
much more effectively, also over time you
will be able to do more and more, holding
a weight to your chest or behind your head
will increase the resistance and overall
increase muscle tone, and remember, this
takes time and you must be extremely
patient, also if you want to lose calories
to enable more visible muscles then have a
balanced diet, do not starve your body of
much needed nutrients as it can be
dangerous for your health, but try and
have an even amount of each, you can
search on google for "balanced diet" and
you should be able to find out there.
if you follow all of the guidelines i gave
you and keep at it often but not too often
that it can cause injury, then eventually
you will have visible abs
