for the past 3 years ive had what ive thought to be sinusitus symptoms

ive tried various antibiotics and even had a CT scan which has showed nothing

ive always had nasal congestion (get hayfever) and have recently been using a steroid nasal spray. Although this has cleared my nose i still have the symptoms, would this suggest that the problem isnt sinustus?
