I dont know of any " natural medicines" but you may wanna look into using aerosolized medication. Instead of a pill form ,the medication is inhaled right to your infection and never enters your blood stream, so no awful side effects. You can google it and see what ya think. It has done wonders.

Try using a neti pot to help clean the "junk" in your sinus's out. No more medicines, I had the same issues, and now after using this, I feel great!!! Cheap too, $15-20
