I have a chronic sinus infection that defies treatment (I've even had surgery). Could this be the SOLE sign of HIV/AIDS? I have had no other symptoms that would be consistent with AIDS/HIV such as swolen lymph nodes, weight loss, diarrhea, flu like symptoms, herpes, sores, lesions, rashes, etc...
