Hi,
Last week I started getting pain in my sinuses. It hurts more when I bend over. It also causes headaches. I've had a CAT scan a few months ago and it showed inflammation in my sinuses. I've been taking Nasonex an anti inflamatory nasal spray but it does need seem to be working. Not sure what to do next...please help!

You should try using Nasal irrigation ( water and kosher salt) they sell sinus nasal washes at any drug store. If that does not work you may want to go back to your Dr and switch nasal sprays or get another Cat scan. I was on antibiotics and oral steroids for weeks and eventually I had to have surgery to fix my sinus problems.
