I have been suffering from "headaches" for 3 months now. I turn my head and i get light headed. I look up too much, i get light headed. I had a few sinus infections this year but nothing too major. I have swelling in my sinus area, between eyes, visible buldge. The wierd part is. I was shaving and notice i could induce this light-headedness by moving my head from side to side quickly. when i looked in the mirror i noticed my pupils would dilate and get very large as i got the headrush/light headed feeling. What would do this. At times i get scared, i think i am going to pass out. Have some anxiety issues, neck pain on left side. just kinda worried. any help would be great,

Do you sometimes get aching top of head and earaches?
Is the area between your eyes painful on touch?
Are you experiencing swelling around your eyes?

Lightheadedness, can occur when you move your head side to side, or just change the position of your head, or get up from sitting or lying down. This type of dizziness lasts a minute or less. Dizziness that lasts minutes, hours or days can be more serious. When you are lightheaded, you may feel woozy or as if you are going to pass out. Anxiety can be a cause of lightheadedness.
