Q: Sinus pain and congested

Hello there

I'm 18 years old, and recently i've been getting this dull kind of pain (not even a real pain) in between my nose area and above my eyebrows and on the forehead...

It feels like it's congested up there, but when I blow my nose there's nothing much that comes out, apart from a little bit of clear mucus.

I've also got a bit of a phlem in my throat, which is mainly clear but has some light yellow hard patches in them.

Once again I stress there is no real pain, it's just irritating, and it's been going on for the past 4-5 days or so.

Is this to do with my sinus? And how can I relieve these symptoms

Thanks nurse

I also forgot to mention that it's been making me feel slightly 'heavy headed', if that makes sense...I'm also suffering with a slightly sore back/upper neck

It's also worse in the morning when i've just woken up, but still lingers throughout the day, and feels worse when I've looked downwards then look back up again.

Thanks

Sinus Pain and congestion
I would definitely go see a doctor.

But I would recommend getting a neti pot. You can easily purchase one on ebay and it's a sinus wash. I suffer from sinus problems and using the neti pot has helped me quite alot. My step dad uses one also and he's also experienced relief...not to mention my mother is glad he doesn't snore as bad.
