I get a lot of symptoms with my sinus infections... but I have noticed a really strange pattern.

The day before or 12 hours before a sinus infection.... I have a ton of energy. Like I can go all day type of energy. Then I have trouble getting to sleep.


In addition, when I way up. If I feel like death... I know it will be a GOOD sinus day.

If I wake up feeling great, then i know later on, I will be sick.

Anyone else notice this????
