Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Tylenol and benadryl sinus sprays are safe in pregnancy and can be taken. But please don’t use oxymetazoline nasal sprays as they are not safe in pregnancy.

However the best option would be saline nasal sprays and steam inhalation. Inhaling steam from a bowl of hot (but not boiling water) may help to soften, and loosen, the build up of mucus in your nose. You may also find that adding some menthol crystals, or eucalyptus oil, to the water, helps to ease your symptoms of catarrh.

If the symptoms are severe then it is advisable to consult an ENT specialist.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
