Q: Sinus headaches pressure and fatigue

After having 2 sinus surgeries within 2 years i am starting to get the Chronic fatigue again Head aches, and pressure but none of the Nasal Sinus stuff. Any Suggestions on what I should do, or what is going on I am only 25 and feel so rundown (but not sick) you would think I were 100.
