Q: Single ejaculations
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 19th, 2009
Hello, hopefully this is a mental thing, it has always been my problem, when I have sex, I can only ejaculate or cum (sorry for the language) once, after that, I am done, penis cant stay up no more then a few minutes more, I noticed a few weeks ago that one of my balls hangs down lower than the other, is that anything to be concerned about? does it have anything to do with my sex problem, I heard men can ejaculate or have sex for a long period of time and cum multiple times during that intercourse, but for me, I can only com onces and I am sadly done, is this bodily issue, it has always been my problem for all my sex life (lost my virginity at 17) which of course has been my problem since. No STD's which I have been tested last year and been with the same partner (which I am married to) please let me know, is there something I need to take like viagra?

Thank you

When either physical or mental stimuli reach the genital area, impulses are sent to the blood vessels in the penis to dilate, thus causing an erection. When the ejaculation occurs, the impulses are no longer sent and the blood vessels return to their previous stage resulting in a flaccid penis. What you experience is completely normal. It might take you at least several minutes for another erection. No man can have multiple ejaculations without a period of flaccid penis between. Certain men loose the sex drive after one ejaculation and it is still considered normal.

As for your testicles, please understand that the testicles in every man are slightly different in size (the left testicle being bigger more often).
