18, single and pregnant with monoamniotic twins

im eighteen years old i live in las vegas and i have been with the father for three and a half years he just recently left and its really hard cuz i am going threw a very rare pregnancy and it is extremly high risk. im 22 weeks and at 26 weeks i with be admitted to hospital where i have to stay and be monitored up until i am 32 weeks. my twin boys cant be in me any longer then 32 weks and they can be taken out threw a emergency c section anytime between 26 to 32 weeks. im so nervouse and scared these are my first babies and i have no support i dont even have any friends to help me go threw this... i dont know what to do anymore im just so down and depressed
