Extremely eHealthy
Take a long tube sock that is made of mostly cotton.

Fill it about half to 2/3 full with the cheapest white rice you can find.

DO NOT USE MINUTE/INSTANT RICE.

Tie a knot in the open end of the sock.

Place the sock in the microwave on high for about 90 seconds.

Place the sock in a hand towel and spread out the rice to flatten it, then wrap in the towel and place where the pain is.

The rice absorbs the heat and releases moisture when it is heated in the microwave to provide moist heat and will stay hot for quite some time.

Just be sure you don't leave it on too long and get burned and do not use it without wrapping it in a towel first.

Every so often, depending on how often you use the "rice sock", untie the sock and throw out the "old rice", wash and dry the sock and then add fresh rice.

Oh, the old rice will have turned brown from heating it.

Hope this provides so nice moist heat relief for you.
