ihad unproctected sex & ithink im now pregnant

Signs :
Nausera
Cramps in tummy & Legs
High sence of smell
And spottting
Tiredness

signs of pregnancy or stress.
please dont tell me to take a test its too early.
Did anyone expernice these signs in there early pregnancy.
