Q: Signs of pregnancy after stopping injections

i came off the injection last september and a have been showing symptoms of being pregnant for 4 weeks. i hve taken a test but it has come back negative. im being sick every day for 4 weeks. going to the toilet more often and have strange dark beeding now for about a week. i have not had a period since coming off the injection but have been having sex regulary since with my partner. could i be pregnant?
