i have thick white and light clear discharge a bad headache loss of appettie nausea when i do eat pelvic pain mild menstral cramps im 39 weeks is this a sign of labor

Vaginal discharge, headache, nausea and appetite loss are not signs of labor. But lower abdominal (pelvic) cramps could be a sign of incoming labor.
