A month ago I had a burst appendix, now I am back in the hospital with abscess between kidney and liver. They also say I have an appendix stone and do not think they should remove it. Is that wise? I think they should remove it to prevent more infection in the future. I did not show signs of infection until a month after appendicitis

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

An appendix stone is a hard piece of stool (fecal stone) that forms in the appendix.

Treatment involves removal via surgery of the entire appendix.

But in your case, since you already have had a appendicular rupture, the course of action depends on the clinical findings and the CT findings.

You might consult with your doctor, so that your doubts can be cleared.
