the last three days i have been having really painful crams on both sides of my hips, and the last two days my breast have become tender, and today i started to spot. but i had my period about a week and a half ago, i was on birth control but ran out so haven't been on it, me and my boyfriend don't use condoms. and we have had a lot of sex the past week. could they be signs of becoming pregnant or something worse? i don't have money for a home pregnacy test or insurance so i don't know what to do. pleas any advice would help thank you

There is a good chance you can be pregnant. How old are you? Are you prepared to have a baby? If you can't afford the pregnancy test or insurance, how do you plan to take care of a baby?? Unless you are ready and planning a family you have no business having sex without birth control. If you ran out you should have used condoms.

You said that you're ready, just not financially. Can you support a baby with your new job? How can you be ready if you're not able to financially care for the child? What are your plans if you are pregnant?

Ok. That is good that you will be able to support your baby if you are pregnant. There are so many young people having babies on this site who have no means of support except the government. I'm glad you won't be one of them. I wish you luck.
