i need your help. Me and my partner are trying for a baby. I had my normal period on the 12th of march, then on the 27th march i had a very light pink discharge first it was dark brown it was that light that i didnt have to wear a tampon. Could this have been an implantation bleed? I now have thrush is this a sign of pregnancy i am confused can u help? thanks

There’s a possibility of the light pink discharge being due to the implantation bleeding.

However, the confirmation can be done by doing a serum beta HCG test which is a more sensitive test compared to the urine test.

Moreover, you don’t need to wait for till you miss your next periods for the serum test. Oral thrush can occur in pregnancy.

I’ll also suggest getting your blood sugar done as oral thrush is quite common in diabetes. Please do consult a gynaecologist for the same. I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.
