Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The cramps along with brown discharge after about a week of having intercourse (after periods) could be a sign of implantation bleeding. Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. If you do not have your periods, or have altered bleeding, then consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately).
Take care.
