I am 20 weeks pregnant and have had a pain on my lower left side for about a week now. Thought it was a pulled muscle but it's not and it's not going away. Any ideas?

It could be the way your baby is situated...
My daughter seemed to always find an area that was uncomfortable for me...
You may want to confirm this with your doctor to make sure it is nothing else...

you do want to go and check with your doctor.
i was 9 weeks pregnant when i found out it was an ectopic pregnancy where the egg is somewhere else other then the uterus..
check it out..
good luck!

I'm 20 weeks pregnant so it's not ectopic. Had a scan yesterday and baby is fine and healthy so guess it must be muscle sprain of just a general ache.

side pain while pregnant
i have had three kids and it always seemed at that point i had pain too. with my first i was concerned but was told it was my muscles and stomach strechting to make more room for the baby. i was told the same with my other two when i had the problem. FYI, the more kids you have the more it seems to hurt cause of scared tissues and from the muscles and tissues being used and pulled.

That's a good point actually. I have actually been pregnant 7 times (i had 3 miscarriages) so it could be muscle and ligament stretching that's causing it. Thankyou for that.
