Respected Sir, My name is subhranil Dey, age 38 M from india. I had a laparotomy (band release) operation in 2007. Before that I had a severe abdominal pain. After that operation from jan 2008 I feel pain just uper side of my right colon and my bowel not clear. I go to CMC Vellore for treatment but they only give me fybogel isabgul , ganaton AD Capsule and some other antacid tab. But from 2010 to till date my pain is increasing and my bowel movement is not clear al all. my local doctor suggest me some test. My bilirubin level is 2.35, I have some multiple hemangioma on the right lobe of liver. He give me Urdiogem 300, Mebaspa/colospa, panlypaz,fybogel,mecoline syrup. After taking all this medicine I was quite ok, but for for last 15 days my pain is extreme, and bowel movement is very irregular. Another thing , for last 2 year if I stand still for 10-15 min. I feel pain just upper side of the right colon ( extreme right of my naval point).I cann't walk for 10 min also. Please help me.

Hello, and thanks for your medical question on E Health Forum.

From the history described, it seems that you have chronic constipation with reduced GI motility.

Presence of high bilirubin level and right upper quadrant pain , indicate the presence of hepatitis or due to the hemangiomas of the liver as well.

You are on adequate treatments for correction of your elevated bilirubin and constipation, which you should consider to continue. In addition consultation with your doctor for the need for treatment of the liver hemangiomas may help to reduce your abdominal pain.
