Hi there, my fiance has recently (six weeks go) stopped smoking marajuana. 4 weeks ago stopped smoking and 2 weeks ago stopped drinking alchol he has been exercising. Dispite this good new lifestyle he feels worse than ever is complaining of aches all over even when he has rested from excersise. This has particularly occured when he has stopped drinking alcohol. He used to drink every evening quite heavily on 2-3 of these. Are these pains his body detoxing and what can he do to help them.
