Hi, I came off the mini pill (cerazette) last tuesday because I had suspicions I might be pregnant, bloating, dizzyness, generally feeling 'not quite right'. However since stopping it I feel worse, feeling dizzy a lot, quite bad cramping (like period pain), and my period has not returned as yet (its now a week since). I had these symptoms when I was pregnant with my 2nd child but despite doing 3 pregnancy tests, they have all been negative. Can anyone advise?

Maybe
Well it could be your bodys hormones from coming off the pill. Your used to being regulated by this pill and now your suddenly off of it. You wont be regualar for a while because the pill regualted you. So I would wait another week and Then take another test. Then goto a Dr.
