I went to the hospital because i had knee and leg pain. i was told they cant find anything wrong with me, and i dont have a blood clot in my leg.

i looked on the lipitor website and read the side effects and a server side effect was muscle pain, pain in leg for no reason, need to lower dose or stop using it, can lead to liver failure.

now i dont feel comfortable with taking the meds any more.
if my doctor changes my medicine, what would be different. how do i know my body will act differently?

i m currently taking an omega 3 fatty acid and it has keep my blood pressure normal for the past 3 months.
My mom is afraid to use it even though it's working for me, because her doctor scared her in staying on her medication.
