Saltine Crackers def. do the trick! I've heard if you cut a lemon up and smell it its suppose to relive some of the nausia. Although, it never really worked that well for me.Some other recommendations I found:
*citrus foods like lemons, oranges, ect.
* mints..(Even just using some mint lotion supposedly helps!)
* Breads
Also, hunger can make morning sickness feel worse, eat protien at night because it takes your body longer to digest it.Making your stomach feel like it has that extra-something and you not so sick.
If your to the point where you really dont want to eat, still make sure your drinking lots of fluids and your prenatal vitamins so the baby still gets some nutrients.As far as feeling tired...just think of it as a "prep-class" for all those sleepless nights when the baby comes. (I know, not all that convincing) In time your morning sickness and fatigue should lighten up.
