Q: sickness and pregnancy symptoms just gone

im confused,im currently 6 weeks pregant and getting all the sickness and other signs of pregnancy and then one night they all just dissappeared,what does this mean am i still pregnant,i feeling confused and very worried about it,i havent had any pains or cramping or any bleeding,am i just lucky and not having any more sickness or is something wrong,please help alana Rolling Eyes

If you're not bleeding or cramping, you're fine. You can always call your doctor if you're concerned.

alana it is normal for you to have symtoms and then they just go away. The samething happend to me and man was i scaird, so no worries... Smile
