I am 19 years old and I am on birth control. My fiance and I have sex on a regular basis. Before, During, & after my period. I have had incidents where I thought I was pregnant before, so I don't know if I am just to paranoid or what? My last period started on the 22nd of July and lasted til about the 26th. So at this point I haven't "missed" my period yet because its not time for me to have it. I have felt nauseous the past few days. Some days I am constipated and other days it feels like it doesn't stop. I am peeing more than often. My breasts are not bothering me at all. I am having hot flashes and have been craving certain foods here lately. I don't know if I am sick or not. I do work at a preschool so I could have caught something there. I feel like I am just being paranoid and thinking that I could be is making me think that I am. I know I just need to relax but I can't seem to. I am very irritable & I feel like I have been snapping at everyone. Maybe I am so stressed out that I am making myself sick. But I just worry because my fiance doesn't use protection, nor does he pull out. On the other hand, I am on birth control. I am just so confused!!!! I don't want to wait to see if I have my next period or not!! HELP!!!!

The good news is that the first pregnancy symptom is a missed period for the majority of people. The first symptoms are rarely constipation and nausea.

So no one can say if you are or are not pregnant until you have missed your period and then test and get a or a -.

I can say though that what you are feeling right now is not pregnancy symptoms.
