Q: Sick Chipmunk

We had a chipmunk get in one of our window wells. How I have no idea because we have wire fencing over it. I got him out but since then he's been laying around the same spot. I checked on him about 20 minutes ago and he's curled up and looks like he's sleeping, but he doesn't respond when moved. I called the Humane Society here and they don't handle wild animals. They gave me a number of a rescue but it's almost an hour away. What can I do for him now on my own? I feel so helpless I just don't want to watch him die, is there something I can do to help him on my own?
