Following is a link to an X-ray I had a few days ago. I've been dealing with this awhile but it's began to hurt and it has caused a large protrusion in my right shoulder that has caused my trap and deltoid muscles to weaken and shrink on that side. I used to do alot of heavy weight lifting and now i do alot of wrestling and mixed martial arts, can anyone help me?

Hi twisted_metal88 and welcome to ehealth: If I were you I would hesitate doing anything physical until I saw an Orthopedist or Physical Therapist...You could have a tear in your shoulder muscle and it could possibly have something to do with your Rotator Cuff...If I were you I would see someone about this...Take care...
